Service Description
A comprehensive, personalized rehabilitation program designed for individuals recovering from an injury, surgery, or ongoing pain. Over 24 weeks, our licensed physical therapy team will guide you through every stage of recovery—from restoring mobility and reducing discomfort to rebuilding strength, stability, and confidence. Your program includes: Comprehensive initial evaluation Customized 24-week rehabilitation plan One-on-one physical therapy sessions Mobility, flexibility, and pain-management exercises Progressive strength and stability training Sport-, work-, or lifestyle-specific movement training Personalized home exercise program Regular progress assessments and treatment adjustments Injury-prevention education and return-to-activity planning Complimentary access to eligible recovery add-on services throughout the program Ideal for post-surgical recovery, sports injuries, chronic pain, mobility limitations, or anyone who needs structured, long-term rehabilitation support. Available add-ons may vary and must be clinically appropriate for your treatment plan. Results and recovery timelines vary. An initial evaluation may be required before enrollment.
Cancellation Policy
RTA Clinic Appointment & Booking Policy To provide timely, high-quality care for all patients, please review our appointment policy before scheduling. Appointment Confirmation All appointments **must be confirmed by phone** with a member of the RTA Clinic team. Appointment requests submitted online are **not considered confirmed** until you receive a confirmation call from our office. During the call, we will: * Confirm your appointment date and time. * Verify your contact and insurance information (if applicable). * Review any necessary intake instructions. If we are unable to reach you, your appointment request may be canceled or offered to another patient. ### Online Booking Submitting an online appointment request does **not** guarantee your selected time. Please wait for a confirmation call from our staff before considering your appointment finalized. ### Cancellations & Rescheduling We kindly request **at least 24 hours' notice** if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. Appointments canceled with less than 24 hours' notice, as well as missed appointments without notice ("no-shows"), may be subject to a **no-show/late cancellation fee**. This policy allows us to offer appointment times to other patients who are waiting for care. ### Late Arrivals Patients arriving more than **15 minutes late** may need to reschedule depending on the provider's schedule. This helps us stay on time and provide quality care for all patients. ### First-Time Patients Please arrive **10–15 minutes before your scheduled appointment** to complete any required paperwork and ensure your visit begins on time.
