Physical Therapist Manager in Irvine / Owner
Derek Decicco, MPT
Derek attended undergraduate and graduate school at California State University of Long Beach where he received Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology and Master of Physical Therapy.
He is founder/owner of RTA Physical Therapy.
Being a former elite marathoner, he enjoys running, playing soccer, and spending time with his wife and two daughters.
Derek loves working with geriatric patients, joint replacement, runners, and soccer players.
He's been working as a physical therapist for over 10 years, and has been teaching at Long Beach State and Chapman University.

Dr. Brian Banh, DPT
Brian received his B.S. degree in the field of Kinesiology – Exercise Science while attending California State University, Long Beach. He then attended Chapman University and earned the title, Doctor of Physical Therapy. He is a certified Lee Silverman Voice Treatment therapist (LSVT-BIG) which specializes in treating movement disorders associated with Parkinson’s disease. He enjoys playing sports such as beach volleyball and basketball. He also loves to skateboard, power lift, and spend time with his family. Brian has a profound fascination with theme parks such as Disneyland and with food. He also enjoys being a husband and father of two kids. Brian is passionate about healing patients through physical exercise and promoting an active lifestyle. He enjoys working with the geriatric population, pediatric population and individuals who want to return to competitive sports.

Michael Chiu, DPT
Born and raised in Southern California, Michael obtained both his BS in Business Administration and his Doctor of Physical Therapy from Boston University in Massachusetts.
Michael approaches each and every patient through an analytical and problem solving perspective. He specializes in creating individualized treatment programs designed to reduce pain, improve strength, and restore mobility to help you meet your functional goals.
Michael is well traveled including a rotation in acute care at Chicago, Indiana, outpatient neuro at Scripps in Encinitas, and skilled nursing in Modesto.
Being involved in a number of different settings has provided him with exposure to a wide spectrum of medical diagnoses, ages, and a greater understanding of the rehabilitation process. In his free time, Michael enjoys bodybuilding, reading, live music, watching documentaries, and considers himself both a foodie and a car enthusiast.

Jim Hunter, MPT
Jim attended undergraduate at University of California, Santa Barbara, where he received a B.A in Business/Economics and Philosophy. He attended California State University of Long Beach for his Masters of Physical Therapy. He is certified by Titleist Professional Institute.
His high school tennis team won CIF and were ranked #2 in the nation. He continues to enjoy tennis, golf, soccer, and camping as well as spending time with his wife and 2 kids.
Jim enjoys treating patients who want to return to sports and who want to improve their balance.

Vicki Tuggy, PT
Vicki attended California State University of Long Beach where she received her Bachelors in Physical Therapy. She has worked in a variety of settings, including acute rehab, inpatient, and outpatient therapy with combined experience of more than 30 years.
She loves reading fiction and playing guitar.
Vicki enjoys working with patients with joint replacement, posture problem, pelvic dysfunction, and walking abnormalities.

Haley Davis
Haley is a licensed Physical Therapist Assistant and certified massage therapist who is passionate about helping patients move better and feel their best. She combines therapeutic exercise with hands-on techniques to support recovery, reduce pain, and improve overall function.

Jesse Ramirez
Jesse attended American Career College where he received his degree as a Physical Therapist Assistant. Jesse enjoys competing and watching sports like soccer, baseball, and football. He has competed overseas with a high level soccer academy team. Jesse enjoys working with patients who wish to improve their strength, balance, and individuals who want to return to competitive sports.
