Cancellation Policy

RTA Clinic Appointment & Booking Policy To provide timely, high-quality care for all patients, please review our appointment policy before scheduling. Appointment Confirmation All appointments **must be confirmed by phone** with a member of the RTA Clinic team. Appointment requests submitted online are **not considered confirmed** until you receive a confirmation call from our office. During the call, we will: * Confirm your appointment date and time. * Verify your contact and insurance information (if applicable). * Review any necessary intake instructions. If we are unable to reach you, your appointment request may be canceled or offered to another patient. ### Online Booking Submitting an online appointment request does **not** guarantee your selected time. Please wait for a confirmation call from our staff before considering your appointment finalized. ### Cancellations & Rescheduling We kindly request **at least 24 hours' notice** if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. Appointments canceled with less than 24 hours' notice, as well as missed appointments without notice ("no-shows"), may be subject to a **no-show/late cancellation fee**. This policy allows us to offer appointment times to other patients who are waiting for care. ### Late Arrivals Patients arriving more than **15 minutes late** may need to reschedule depending on the provider's schedule. This helps us stay on time and provide quality care for all patients. ### First-Time Patients Please arrive **10–15 minutes before your scheduled appointment** to complete any required paperwork and ensure your visit begins on time.
