What to expect on your First Visit?

The initial evaluation will take approximately 55 minutes and is spent entirely with your therapist.

Our Evaluation Process

Interview

The first part is an interview, during which your therapist will spend some time asking questions to get to know you and your injury and condition.

Physical Examination

The next step is a physical examination and your posture, movement, strength, range of motion, tissue integrity, and other functional mobilities will be evaluated.

Treatments

Based on the evaluation and your specific goals, the individualized treatment plan will be established for you, and your therapist may initiate some treatments.

2. Fill out the paperwork at home

Send an email to us at rtairvine@gmail.com, and we will send you the intake digitally.

3. Arrive 15 minutes early to complete registration process

We run on time so get here 15 minutes before your evaluation so we can give you 45 minutes of our undivided attention to make sure we have identified the correct tissues responsible for your pain and dysfunction.

Please remember to bring the following to your appointment: Photo ID, Insurance card, Referral from your physician, list of medications you take on a daily basis, and any relevant Diagnostic report (for example, X-ray or MRI). We recommend that you wear comfortable, loose-fitting clothes.
